**Made to order**
Every piece is made to order. Your order usually ships within 2–3 business days of payment. If it's going to take longer, we'll email you before it's due to ship.
**Where we ship**
We ship worldwide from Canada.
**Shipping costs**
Shipping is a flat rate for each destination, shown at checkout before you pay.
**Delivery times**
Once your order ships, delivery usually takes:
- Canada: [2-3] business days
- United States: [5-7] business days
- All other countries: [7-10] business days
These are the carrier's estimates. Customs checks can add time.
**Tracking and your edition number**
When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with tracking. For a Championship piece, that email also shows your studio edition number.
**Duties and import taxes**
- **United States:** duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout and paid with your order, so there's nothing more to pay on delivery.
- **All other countries:** duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout and paid with your order.
- **Canada:** any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout.
**Your shipping address**
Please check your address at checkout. If it's wrong, reply to your order confirmation email straight away and we'll correct it if your piece hasn't shipped yet. [If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we send it again once the new postage is paid.]
